Jade McCarthy an American sportscaster who is a former host of NESN Daily on NESN.
Prior to joining NESN, McCarthy was a sports anchor at WCAU in Philadelphia where she won numerous Sports Emmy Awards.[1] She started her career at WGGB-TV in Springfield, Massachusetts. She then moved to WAFF, the NBC affiliate in Huntsville, Alabama. She was born in Newton, Massachusetts.[2] McCarthy joined NESN in early 2010 and was a part-time host and reporter for SportsDesk. After SportsDesk was canceled McCarthy became the host of the network's new show NESN Daily.
Growing up, McCarthy rode horses competitively for 10 years.[3]
McCarthy left NESN in August 2011 after her husband got a job in Philadelphia.[4]
She is reportedly expecting a child.
